Privacy Policy

Fittro is a web-based room planner operated by Totavi, LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect and why. In short: we collect as little as possible, and we don't sell your data.

What we collect

• Your email address, if you create an account. We use passwordless sign-in — we email you a one-time code, so we never store a password.
• Your plans. Free plans are stored only in your browser on your device; we never receive them. If you buy the cloud plan, the plans you save are stored on our servers so you can open them on any device.
• Payment information. Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive a confirmation and a customer reference, but never your full card details.
• Basic technical logs needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

• To sign you in (one-time codes) and keep you signed in via a session cookie.
• To store and sync your plans if you're on the cloud plan.
• To process your one-time payment and send a receipt.

Service providers

We share the minimum necessary with providers that operate the service on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting & database), Stripe (payments), and Campaign Monitor (transactional email — sign-in codes and receipts). We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Your choices

You can delete your plans at any time in the app, and you can request deletion of your account and cloud data by emailing us. Free plans stored in your browser can be cleared from your browser at any time.
